The BMW Small Business Fleet (SBF) Program allows local businesses in Grand Rapids and the surrounding West Michigan area to access Corporate Fleet Program Type H incentives without formally enrolling in BMW’s full Corporate Fleet Program. Qualifying small businesses can receive Program Type H incentives on cash purchases of eligible BMW vehicles, with no formal enrollment process required.
Two transaction structures are now available through this program:
Eligible businesses receive current Program Type H incentives applied as a reduction in the selling price, not a rebate. Third-party financing is permitted, though vehicles cannot be funded through BMW Financial Services NA LLC on cash transactions.
Businesses registering a vehicle in their LLC can now take advantage of a BMW Financial Services Fleet Lease with Program Type H incentives applied.
Program Type H incentives reduce the selling price of an eligible BMW. They are not rebates. The amounts below follow BMW’s October 1, 2026 schedule.

To receive Program Type H incentives through the Small Business Fleet Program, a business must meet the following requirements:
Vehicles purchased under this program must be for business use. The vehicle must be titled and registered in the company’s name. The commercial customer must agree to have Sharpe BMW handle titling and registration, either directly or through our standard third-party title and registration process.
All transactions are subject to Sharpe BMW’s due diligence review in line with BMW of North America policies. Sharpe BMW completes this review before submitting your eligibility request to BMW.
This program is not for businesses that already hold an official BMW Corporate Fleet Account Number. Those customers should use the standard Corporate Fleet Program.
Transactions under the Daily Rental program, the BMW Limousine and Hospitality Program, or regular Corporate Fleet transactions with Fleet Management or Leasing Companies do not qualify for the Small Business Fleet Program.
The following vehicle types qualify for the Small Business Fleet Program at Sharpe BMW:
Vehicles with 300 miles or more are not eligible. All other previously reported vehicles are not eligible. Eligible vehicles can be purchased from Sharpe BMW’s existing dealer stock or ordered as a build-to-order through the pipeline.
The Program Type H incentive cannot be combined with any other programs, credits, or offers.

Choose from eligible new inventory or place a build-to-order request. All eligible vehicles must have fewer than 300 miles.
Sharpe BMW submits your business information and the vehicle details to the BMW Group Corporate Fleet team for review.
BMW reviews the submission within one business day. Approval is issued for a specific vehicle and a specific customer and cannot be reused.
Once approved, the transaction is completed with the applicable Program Type H incentive.
Required documentation: Proof that the vehicle will be titled and registered in the company’s name. Sharpe BMW retains the documentation provided, which is subject to audit by BMW of North America, LLC.
