Sharpe BMW got the memo when it comes to providing the BMW guest experience. My dealership UP North was having staffing issues and was not able to accommodate an oil change so I made the two hour trip to Grand Rapids So glad I did as I was treated very well even on the Mini Cooper side where I waited. I also had my dog with me and they made us feel very welcome. The advisor Shood was very understanding and didn’t push anything unnecessary. Thank you and they will now become my preferred dealership.

I had a flat late in the morning last Tuesday. BMW's road side service had the car picked up in less than an hour & took it to the local dealer, Sharpe. A replacement tire was ordered that day & it arrived early the next morning at Sharpe. The car was ready for pickup by noon the next day! Great job all around from BMW's roadside service to the dealership, Sharpe.

Picture yourself stranded on an expressway, three hours away from home, after hitting a deer. You have your disabled car towed to a dealership that you have had no experience with. The service advisor immediately assigns a technician to diagnose the mechanical damage, orders the parts, and fixes the car to assure you can get it home safely. I could not have asked for better service in an emergency than I received at Sharpe BMW. Thanks for the good work.
Sharpe BMW has been very courteous and friendly. At this time my only experience is the order, process and delivery. My order went smoothly and the build and delivery was very quick. My salesmen Rodrigo was very helpful and kept me informed through the process. As time goes on I would be glad to include all departments of Sharp as I use them.
I took in my 2004 BMW Z4 for an oil change but also had some service done. I was greeted and directed to my assigned service writer. I had a very good experience. They know how particular I am about my cars they covered the seats, the floors, they even laid rubber gloves on the door to show that they wouldn't be getting any grease on my car. Very professional and welcoming also excellent service.

Had my 2020 bmw m550i in and they were able to warranty a fuel injector due to coolant dripping on it after another shop looked at it and they got it done very fast and even washed my car, Jason was very easy to deal with!

Quick and easy fix on the recall. Was able to schedule for first thing in the morning and was quoted 1-1:30 hours but was done much faster than expected. Great customer service

We recently had my son’s vehicle serviced here, and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. Justin kept me informed every step of the way, which I really appreciated. They also worked directly with my sons warranty company and were able to get the repairs covered 100%, which made the process so much easier. The turnaround time was quick, and everything was handled efficiently and professionally. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing service on their BMW. Great experience all around.

Your car goes in and comes out the same day. They know there’s stuff I had a collision on the front of my car. I took it where the insurance company recommend big mistake. Then afterwards I had to take it back to BMW where they fixed the problem the same day keep in mind you the other company I took it to. I was without a car for a week and a half. An out-of-pocket over $600 and closing always take it back to Bmw

We were passing by and decided to stop by Rigo came up to us and informed us on all the latest gadgets and what bmw has to offer I am beyond impressed by his knowledge and ability to keep us engaged giving us demos etc etc. Originally was thinking of an Audi but I think I’m a BMW fan after this! Great Service. They got me in on time, they kept me abreast of the situation, I saw videos showing the work and my car’s status. They washed it and had it ready for me all within 90 minutes. A great experience.

This is our third BMW purchase at Sharpe!! Our experience has always been great but yesterday,Rodrigo,Rigo,was exceptional! He is fun,informative and took care of every detail!! He had me try their new coffee machine and had a Diet Coke ready for my husband at pick up. Wow,that’s service!!! Ryan also made sure we were taken care of!! Let me add to this review that the service department is exceptional. Jason always has a smile on his face and takes such good care of us!!

A great place to buy a car, especially a mini, wish it was closer to Macomb,Mi but worth the drive!
My salesman Ryan was amazing. He took me around to meet the team and helped me feel comfortable with the entire process. I have honestly never dealt with a better group of kind people. I recently had to have some work done on my BMW. My experience was amazing. Parts arrived quickly and work was done same day. Jason in parts and Ben in the service department exceeded my expectations and were soooo nice.
Had a recall part replaced; very impressed with the timely, professional and friendly service. Washed outside of my car, washed the floor mats and wiped down much of the interior.
