New Operational Measures Summary:

  • Hours of Operations - Effective 3/24/20, the Service and Parts Departments are open 8am-5pm and we will be closed on Saturdays. Our Sales Department is open and working remotely, while the Showroom facilities are closed to the public. This schedule will be in place until further notice.

  • Split Schedule - Effective 4/6/20, the Sharpe team is split into 2 teams (A & B).  Team A is working Mon, Tues and Team B is working Thurs - Fri, with both teams rotating Wednesday's. This will stay in place until further notice.

  • Sales Operations - Sales are conducted virtually and all physical interaction limited and held to the end at time of delivery. Our sales team is working to guide you through the process. Call us or your client advisor if you are in need of any assistance.

  • Service Operations - Only two service lanes are operational, BMW & JLR (MINI Service will take place in BMW). Social Distancing measures are in place in all lanes and customer lounges.  

  • Parts Operations - All retail parts are delivered to customers in vehicles, waiting outside. If you would like to place a parts order, call us at (616) 452-5101.

COVID-19 Safety Precautions: What we are doing internally to keep all of us safe. 

  • Disinfecting - Our team has tripled their disinfecting routines to maximize safety within the building.

  • Gloves - Our employees will wear gloves are required during any interaction with you.

  • Masks - We have provided all of our employees with masks and they are required to wear them during their interactions with you.

  • Washing hands - All employees are required to wash their hands frequently and for a minimum of 20 seconds.

  • Social Distancing - We are emphasizing social distancing responsibly.

  • Visitor Restrictions - We are restricting all non-essential visits to our company, for example; manufacture and vendor representatives (unless restocking or delivering goods), friends and family visiting. This is simply to protect us and you.

  • Interior high traffic doors - We are keeping all internal high traffic pedestrian doors left open with door stoppers to reduce touch points.

  • Use of Pens - Will have disinfected pens for you to use.

  • Daily Meetings - When possible, all internal meetings are held virtually. If a physical meeting is necessary, we allow no more than two persons in a room at a time while maintaining social distancing.

  • Safety Meetings - Each day our executive team holds virtual meetings discussing all up-to-date news on COVID-19 and continuously implementing new measures to keep us, and you, as safe as possible.

  • Employee Lounge - We have rearranged our employee lounge to keep up with social distancing standards. Along with tripling our sanitization in any public space

Service Operations Safety Measures: 

  • Schedule an Appointment - An appointment can be scheduled online or you can always call (616) 452-5101.

  • No-Touch Service - Throughout the service process, all communications and payment can happen via phone, text, email or online.

  • Home Valet Service - You can take advantage of our Valet Service.  We will pick up and deliver your vehicle back to you, following all safety procedures.

  • Touchless Drop-Off - You can contact us and use our traditional night drop area both during and after business hours to leave your vehicle at your convenience for a touchless drop off.

  • Disinfecting Your Vehicle - We have procured and are using safe and effective chemicals and cleaners to disinfect vehicles once we receive them and when we have completed working on them.

  • Service Lounge - If preferred, you can wait for your vehicle.  Please know we are doing our best to keep our facilities clean and to ensure that our waiting areas are spaced out with areas that allow everyone to social distance from others.

  • Detail Department - Our Detail department is open and available for your vehicle needs.

  • Paint & Body Department - Our Paint & Body Department is open and available for your needs.

  • Roadside Assistance - Roadside Assistance is still operating, if you are in need of the services that are offered by your manufacturer warranty.

Sales Delivery Safety Measures: 

  • Online Sales Available - Showrooms are currently closed to customer traffic. All contact is performed remotely (phone/email) or in specified delivery areas.

  • On-Site Deliveries - We offer an on-site delivery option.  All on-site deliveries will be performed in 2 hour windows to ensure no overlapping customer visits and maximize everyone's safety. All vehicles and areas of contact will be sanitized before and after all customer contact.

  • Off-Site Delivery - We also offer an off-site delivery option. If the delivery is performed offsite, the team will ensure every effort is taken to ensure social distancing, and limit all face to face contact with the customer. 

  • Disinfecting Your Vehicle - We have procured and are using safe and effective chemicals and cleaners to disinfect vehicles once we receive them and when we have completed working on them.

Parts Operations Safety Measures:

  • Reach Us Online - If you are in need of parts, we encourage you to email  Any emails sent to this address will be seen by all parts staff and be responded to immediately.

  • Outside Delivery - Our staff will meet you outside the dealership for any retail parts pickups.  You will no longer need to come inside the dealership for parts.

  • Wholesale - All wholesale clients will have their parts shipped or delivered to them.

  • Cash Not Accepted - As a safety measure for clients and staff, cash will no longer be accepted at this time. 

  • Touchless Transaction - Our BMW/MINI parts ordering website and our eBay store are open as another option for a touchless transaction.

  • Sanitization - All parts staff will follow safety and sanitizing guidelines when meeting with clients.
